Note that you need access to a news server. Your Internet Service Provider may have one, otherwise there are several commercial Usenet services available.

This is the Lite version of WizPar, and has the following restrictions:
- Only one 3rd party news server is allowed.
- Only 3 groups may be subscribed to on a 3rd party server.
- The posting signature may not be edited.
